With only 350 cases produced, we argue that this is one of the most delicious and rare wines in the Wine Dispensary portfolio. Made with 90% Viura and 10% young Granache from an estate vineyard, winemakers Oscar Alegre and Eva Valgan have created an incredible easy-drinking white wine.

Pikasi - Saramento is a natural wine project by Slovenian winemaker and professional ballroom dancer, Matic Rodica, in collaboration with Vipava Valley grower Petr Stegovec. Made from rare indigenous varieties like Zelen, the wines are naturally fermented, hand-picked, and aged in neutral oak, showcasing pure and balanced expressions of the region. With no irrigation and minimal intervention, these wines reflect the rugged beauty of Slovenia’s Vipava Valley, where Alpine and Mediterranean climates collide.

The Hugo Mendes 'Pitau Claret' is a charming nod to tradition and modern winemaking ingenuity, born from the creativity of three passionate artisans: Hugo Mendes, Miguel Ribeiro, and Miguel Nunes. With its light crimson hue and fresh vibrancy, this red blend is designed to challenge conventions, offering an approachable wine that can be enjoyed at the temperature of a white, while still delivering the depth of a red. Crafted from hand-picked, sustainably farmed grapes, this natural wine embodies the free spirit of its maker, making it both versatile and refreshingly unique.

Doctor’s Orders

Nestled within the historic expanses of Santa Ynez Valley, the 2021 vintage of Doctor's Orders Grenache stands as a testament to tradition and innovative spirit. From one of the oldest Grenache plantings in California, this wine captures the essence of its terroir, nurtured by a vineyard that, while unnamed, shares an exclusive bond and dealings with us, making this wine a truly unique experience. The meticulous cultivation process includes hand-picking grapes, co-fermentation with a hint of Syrah, and a commitment to natural, vegan-friendly vinification.
